At Baan Velgen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the garments and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
